Terms & Conditions — j baji Platform Agreement

1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and j baji ("j baji", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j baji online gaming platform, accessible at j-baji.club and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and linked applications (collectively the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on the Platform in any form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in full, together with j baji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

j baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the email address or mobile number held on their account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. The Platform is operated exclusively for players located in Bangladesh. j baji does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country of residence.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To open and maintain an account with j baji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. j baji is strictly an 18+ platform. Players under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any real-money gaming activity.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of a company, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not acting as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of j baji, nor an immediate family member of any such person, where such participation would give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list, either with j baji specifically or on a recognised national or international problem gambling register where applicable.
• You have not previously had a j baji account closed for breach of these Terms.

j baji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification cannot be completed to j baji's satisfaction, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution. If it is established that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits refunded (less any amounts already staked), and any winnings forfeited.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the j baji Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited, regardless of the device, payment method, or IP address used. Where multi-accounting is detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances and winnings forfeited without compensation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid mobile phone number or email address. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Account Verification (KYC)

j baji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal, or at any time j baji deems appropriate. Verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following:

• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot confirming bKash or Nagad account registration details)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed. j baji handles all identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your j baji login credentials. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your credentials with any third party. j baji will never ask for your full password by any means of communication. Any activity that occurs on your account prior to notification of a security breach will be treated as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

j baji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may be updated by j baji from time to time.

Deposits

Funds deposited to your j baji account are credited to your player wallet promptly following confirmation of receipt from the payment processor. j baji does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their own terms. Deposits may only be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the withdrawal section of your account. All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements. j baji aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within minutes of a completed request during standard operating hours. More complex cases or those requiring additional verification may take longer. j baji reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending completion of identity verification or investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals of funds that originated from a deposit but have not yet met any applicable wagering requirement attached to a bonus will not be processed until those requirements are fulfilled. Where no bonus has been claimed, withdrawal of available balance is unrestricted subject to the verification requirements described above.

5 Bonus Policy

j baji may offer various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions tied to occasions such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal request can be processed. The wagering contribution of each game type towards the requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

j baji takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once
• Placing qualifying bets on outcomes with a very high probability of success (low-risk hedging) solely to meet wagering requirements
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for promotions

j baji's decision on bonus eligibility and any associated forfeitures is final. Players who believe a bonus decision has been made in error may contact [email protected] for a review, providing full details of their claim.

6 User Obligations

By using the j baji Platform, you agree to:

• Use the Platform exclusively for personal entertainment purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate personal information at all times and update it promptly when it changes
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential and notify j baji immediately of any suspected unauthorised access
• Accept that game outcomes on j baji are determined by certified random number generators and that j baji has no ability to influence individual game results
• Acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that past wins do not guarantee future returns
• Use the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic
• Comply with all requests for information or documentation made by j baji for identity verification, fraud prevention, or responsible gaming purposes
• Refrain from using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law

j baji's liability for any losses you sustain while using the Platform is limited to the amount deposited by you in the session during which the loss occurred. j baji is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits j baji's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct on j baji's own part.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j baji Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and potential referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another individual during registration or verification
• Money Laundering: Using j baji for any purpose related to the concealment, conversion, or transfer of proceeds of criminal activity
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other game format
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated software to place bets, exploit in-game mechanics, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to generate profit. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile financial services provider after making a deposit to j baji. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account suspended pending investigation
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at j baji staff or other players via any support or chat channel
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's backend systems, APIs, or another player's account by any technical or social engineering means

8 Account Suspension & Closure

j baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• A player fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicious activity consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is detected
• A player requests self-exclusion under the j baji Responsible Gaming Policy
• j baji is required to do so by applicable law or regulation

Upon closure for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), j baji may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, available balances will be returned via the player's registered payment method. If a breach is confirmed, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part at j baji's discretion.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for any reason — including responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any available real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
